Sofia and Lara Karadogan blend decorative and digital relief-work into wax surfaces. Wax Charms consists of handmade objects that frame internet images with cute ornaments. The layers of information and timeline of the candles are lost as they melt. Lara and Sofia are sisters in the Brown and RISD dual degree program, combining painting with modern culture and media and are currently working and living in Providence.
