Anne Isabella is of Danish-French heritage and is now based in Berlin. Having graduated from Central Saint Martins, Anne Isabella has gained industry experience from some of her heroes at Jil Sander, Kenzo, and designing for Courreges. In 2020 she launched her eponymous label, which focuses on consciously created, handmade clothing, shoes and accessories.
Drawing on vintage references, the designs convey a sense of nostalgia and modern luxury via the playful prints, intricate details and tailoring. Each piece is handmade in an environmentally and socially responsible manner, and crafted to bring optimism and comfort, balancing the boldness and wearability of the designs.
