Skirts are made from upcycled shirts to create a silhouette that lets the fabric rest upon the hips, featuring a flattering dip where the belly button show. The most exciting part of this piece is the grand-pannier inspired pockets. The grand-pannier is a model of undergarment worn in the 17th and 18th centuries to extend the width of the skirts and create a seductive hip silhouette. Modernized here in the form of pockets!

Tangible memories as one of a kind pieces handmade in Mexico City from deconstructed vintage. It’s a celebration of the simplest most beautiful moments in life and the relationship objects have with memory. Clothes that are familiar, become familiar, will tell a story or have one to tell while serving as a second skin.
Fabrication is made of 100% cotton upcycled shirts. Most of the men's shirts are 100% cotton, however, some may have a polyester blend. For care they can be washed with cold water in the washing machine and I recommend to hang dry.
Hayley is 5'10" tall and measures 31” bust, 24” waist, and 33” hips.
