Handmade by jewelry artist Alizée Quitman, who specializes in molding techniques and enhancing old metal. Each piece is unique, with slight variations in shape and size.
Her motivation to create these accessories comes from the need to feel stronger or protected, to express a powerful side of oneself. The designer, Alizee Quitman, draws her influences from her Caribbean roots that she sees as a chic/powerful/dangerous woman (her grandmother), and from an "augmented" body leading her towards an Afrofuturistic aesthetic comparable to the Atlantis myth visuals.
