Established in 2007 as a collection of structural separates, NOMIA was built on a foundation of art and architecture. These principles secured the brand’s foothold as a utilitarian label with a tangible dose of artistic femininity—the best of both worlds. New York-based designer Yara Flinn has long been admired for her signature aesthetic, which is heavily focused on color-rich, original silhouettes brought to life with unique hardware. Taking inspiration from the city she lives in - Brooklyn, the women that surround her, and ‘90s-era street style, Flinn is a true, living embodiment of her designs.
