INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international orders are shipped via UPS or DHL. Shipping prices will be displayed at check-out according to your shipping country.  Expected arrival date for international orders is approximately 4 —14 days from the order date. For international orders, a customs duty will be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside. Maimoun is not responsible for payment of this duty. By law, we cannot change the value of order on commercial invoices. We must adhere to all international import/export laws. 

If you decide to refuse your shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

 

Signature Requirement and Insurance are not included in your order. You will need to contact general@maimounstore.com with your order number to receive a price quote for insurance, signature release or both. You will then be billed for the additional cost prior to shipment release. 

You will become the owner of the goods that you have ordered once they have been marked delivered to your specified delivery address. At this point, the goods become your responsibility and MAIMOUN no longer has any responsibility for taking care of the goods from that point. Therefore, please make sure you are shipping to a safe and secure address.
