If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return product, items must be shipped/postmarked within 14 days of receipt for exchange or a full refund. Returns are $8 for all U.S. domestic orders, this charge will be deducted from your refund total. International orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense. We recommend using a trackable and insured service.
Items must be returned in their original condition with tags intact. We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our return policies. Merchandise that is marked-down or purchased via promotional code are eligible for store credit only (with exception of our 10% New Subscriber Discount). Discount codes cannot be combined with other codes and promotions. Beauty, body, fragrance, lighters, swimwear or lingerie are final sale. No exchanges or returns will be accepted for final sale items. Pre-order items are eligible for store credit only. All items are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment, should you receive a product that is damaged or defective please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
